Clients may cancel their order or service agreement without penalty within 48 hours of placing the order, provided that work has not yet commenced on the project.

All cancellation requests will receive confirmation of receipt within one business day.
1.2 Late Cancellations

Cancellation requests received after the 48-hour window or after work has commenced will be subject to the terms outlined in the Refund Policy section below.

Arcetro reserves the right to assess the status of work commenced when determining eligibility for cancellations.
1.3 Project Abandonment

Projects that remain inactive due to client unresponsiveness for more than 30 days may be considered abandoned.

Abandoned projects are subject to cancellation without refund, and reactivation may require additional fees.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 No-Refund Circumstances

Once work has commenced on any product or service, no refunds will be issued.

Work commencement includes but is not limited to: design mockups, coding, content creation, domain registration, hosting setup, third-party service purchases, and project planning.

We do not offer refunds for third-party services purchased on your behalf (domains, hosting, plugins, stock photos, etc.) as these represent actual costs incurred by Arcetro.
2.2 Partial Refunds

If a project is cancelled after the 48-hour window but before substantial work has commenced, Arcetro may, at its sole discretion, offer a partial refund minus administrative fees and any costs already incurred.

Administrative fees typically constitute 15% of the total project cost but may vary based on project complexity.
2.3 Eligible Refunds

Full refunds will only be issued in the following circumstances:

Cancellation within the 48-hour window and before any work has commenced

Arcetro's inability to deliver the agreed-upon services within the timeframe specified in the contract

Service not rendered due to circumstances within Arcetro's control

3. Third-Party Services
3.1 Third-Party Purchases

As part of our services, we may purchase third-party products or services on your behalf, including but not limited to:

Domain registration

Web hosting
-
SSL certificates
-
Premium themes or plugins
-
Stock photography or media

Software licenses

3.2 Non-Refundable Third-Party Costs

All third-party purchases are non-refundable as these represent actual costs incurred by Arcetro.

In cases of project cancellation, ownership of transferable third-party purchases (e.g., domains) may be transferred to the client upon request, provided all outstanding invoices are settled.
4. Dispute Resolution
4.1 Quality Concerns

If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our services, please contact us immediately at support@arcetro.in.

Quality concerns must be reported within 7 days of delivery for consideration.

Arcetro will work in good faith to address and resolve all legitimate quality concerns.
4.2 Resolution Process

Submit detailed concerns in writing to our support team

Arcetro will review and respond within 3 business days

If applicable, we will provide a plan for resolution or improvement

Ongoing communication until resolution is reached
5. Project Termination
5.1 Termination by Client

Clients may terminate ongoing services with 30 days' written notice.

Termination of ongoing services (such as maintenance plans) will result in the cessation of services at the end of the current billing period.

No refunds will be issued for the remainder of any pre-paid billing period.
5.2 Termination by Arcetro

Arcetro reserves the right to terminate services for:

Violation of our terms of service

Non-payment or repeated late payment

Abusive conduct toward our staff

Requesting services that violate our ethical policies

In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
6. Payment Plans
6.1 Installment Payments

For projects with installment payment plans, cancellation does not relieve the client of the obligation to pay any outstanding installments for work already performed.

Failure to complete installment payments may result in legal action and additional collection fees.
